What is the passport and Bayview Bucks?
Polar Bear Fair Passports give the passport holder single-entry access to the events at the Fair:
a craft room – a quick craft is made to take home
cookie decorating – no need to explain that one. One cookie per entry
freeze dance – dance game room
the fish pond – kids get to fish for small toys/gifts
Carnival game – kid-friendly carnival games, there are a few to choose from
Cake Walk - Play the game to win a cake
Bayview Bucks can be used to purchase
additional rounds at the carnival games
gifts for the upcoming holiday season at the Holly Mall – yes, gently used items being rehomed by children
raffle tickets for the Teacher Jars – some teachers have pulled together small gift packages for raffling
Is there other stuff going on?
There will also be a silent auction and a cafe area for drinks/cakes/snacks
Can anyone from the community attend?
Of course: everyone is welcome! To take part in the activities, one does need a passport, or Bayview Bucks
Can I just drop off my kids?
No. Parents and guardians are expected to be onsite to ensure the safety and care of the children in their charge
Do you still need volunteers?
Volunteers are still needed for the day of the event. Please sign-up using the link to the sign-up sheet in the Principal's email about the Fair.
Yes, even older children who may have moved on to another school are welcome to put their name forward.
Are you still accepting donations?
Of course! Donations are still needed for the following areas and can be dropped off at the school.
